Filming blog: We did it!!

We did it! My group and I finally filmed on Tuesday. The weather was perfect so we could film the outdoor seems smoothly. We got out of school around 3 o’clock and headed straight to my apartment. As soon as we got to my apartment, I am mediately changed into our costumes. We had to work a little fast because we had to film before the sun went down. We also really had to plan our time out because we had a limited number of hours we could film on Tuesday. We first filmed the outdoor scenes so that it could be out-of-the-way. After filming the outdoor scenes we just followed our storyboard in chronological order. We made sure to film a scene more than once so that We have a number of options. We also filmed scenes in different angles and shots. This is so when we go to edit our movie we have an abundance of options. While filming I was the main one to film, because my group mate Savanna was in almost all of the scenes. My other group may Haylie is the antagonist in our movie, she also has a lot of scenes towards the end. The parts I was in was only in the beginning so I was more than happy to film for everyone. I would say that filming went very smoothly. We got everything we needed to do done on Tuesday. We managed our time very well so that we would. I’m happy that we filmed everything early because if we don’t like a certain scene we can always re-shoot another day. now we’re really excited to start the editing process to see everything come together!
